With Vals help, I am operating a very efficient system at just 15 watts with a static pressure of 0.6" with constant radon level of 1.3.

Tip - When installing the 4" access plug, cutting a
4" piece of PVC to raise it up allows it to seal easier.
(It is now expanding against the lexan cover and not under it).
