Great Business Model
I applaud your business model, by actually offering something of value in good faith instead of stringing the mark along for the next tidbit, paying all the way, you build trust even with people you've never met. I tried to do this in my consulting career, and it was successful more often than not. The people who were most skeptical about it seemed to be the ones most likely to take your advice and forget about you later.
Have you had any experience with Future buyers mistrusting a DIY install on principle (albeit often misplaced), even if the home tests well? With house prices dropping, and equity shrinking, I want to save a few hundred via DIY - and I'm more than handy - but my wife says she'd be wary of any DIY install. But she can't parallel park either.
