We offer two online payment options for your order: PayPal and WePay.
Both services are safe and secure. It is not necessary to have an account to use these services.
To pay with PayPal click on "PayPal Checkout". You will be offered the option to become a member if not already. The advantage of becoming a member is that your personal info is stored securely and will make future purchases very convenient to process.
To use a credit card click "Checkout". Your payment will be processed by WePay.
If you would rather not pay through the Internet we can process your card over the phone.
We do accept checks. An option is provided during checkout for offline payments for you to pay with a check by mail. When payment has cleared our bank your order will be shipped promptly.
We currently collect sales tax on purchases made in the following states:
Tax is collected based on the current sales tax rate in each state as required by law. Additional states may be added based on the Supreme Court decision South Dakota v. Wayfair, Inc.
Orders will be shipped either same day or the following business day. If there are any delays, we will inform you promptly.
Orders will be sent using UPS and USPS services. A number of different options are provided for these services. All shipping options are shown before any personal information is required.

If you are buying outside of the USA, please contact us with the form below. We will give a quote for the best rate we can find for shipping to your country. We try to use the the US Postal Service to avoid custom fees on your end.
Free shipping on orders over $139 does not apply to international order.
If we have made a mistake, your return shipping will be graciously paid. Otherwise return shipping is your responsibility and 15% stocking charge will apply.
If the fan you have purchased is not correct for your situation, I will allow you to return it within 30 days. You will be required to pay the return shipping, but if you exchange it for a different model I will not require the 15% restocking fee.
Fan sizing is not an exact science unless you have specialized equipment. When the fan is started the manometer will give you a strong indication of the fans performance. This would be the time to contact me if you are having any doubts about your fan's capabilities. A post mitigation test can be started within 24 after the system is activated with the fan.
Even though I know my experience will greatly add to your success, I am unable to guarantee that my do-it-yourself radon mitigation recommendations will achieve the results you would like. In order to offer a guarantee I would have to make a personal inspection of your home and perform a soil communication test.
